Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in munich and are currently looking for a Working Student in Multimedia and Event Technology (f/m/d):

What You Will Do

  • You assist the Administrator IT for Multimedia and Event Technology with Hybrid/In-Person and Virtual Events through to completion
  • You are able to do basic editing of A/V material
  • You create basic power point presentations and written documents with the concepts given by the Administrator IT Multimedia and Event Technology
  • You setup, check, perform and dismantle events as well as test environments
  • You assist with the life cycle of A/V and production equipment
  • You work closely with different teams and departments
  • You maintain accurate records, logs, and be able to assist with documentation production

What You Bring

  • Studies in the media industry or event technology
  • Basic experience in event technology (video, lighting, audio technology)
  • IT knowledge in the network area
  • Basic knowledge of live streaming concept and video production software (OBS, vMix, NDI, Dante, Q-SYS, Twitch, Vimeo, Social Media)
  • Initial experience in running meetings with Zoom, teams, etc.
  • Ideally, motor vehicle driver's license
  • Fluent in German and English (Spoken and Written)
  • Basic Knowledge of video production workflows and applications (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, VMIX, etc.)
  • Experience on both Mac and Windows
