We are looking for a Working Student Identity and Access Management (m/f/d) to support the IT department.

What You Will Do

You process incoming incidents and service requests in the area of IAM
You monitor workflows, analyze and report errors
You support the team in creation and optimization of service processes
You create and update the documentation
You collaborate with the Digital Identity team

What You Bring

Active information technology studies or similar
Interest in Identity and Access Management topics and its processes
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Office)
Good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) skills
Solution- and service-oriented and structured approach to work
High ability to work in a team and independently
Living in or around Munich
