We are looking for a Working Student IT Support (m/f/d) to support the IT department.

What You Will Do

You provide 1st level IT support and technical assistance via ticket system and in person
You troubleshoot hardware (laptops, iPhones, docking stations), software and printer issues
You setup equipment for new employees and complete on/off boarding
You will document and hand over complex incidents to colleagues from various competence teams for 2nd level support
You will gain insight into a highly professional device management with standardized infrastructure and security measures in a globally operating company.

What You Bring

Current studies in computer science, IT, or other related fields
Ability to install, troubleshoot Windows/iOS/MacOS environments is a bonus
A great deal of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
English and German languages at working proficiency (written and spoken)
Living in or around Munich
