Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for an IT Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) in Munich, Paris, Athens, Warsaw, Freiburg, Berlin, Milan, Leipzig or in one of our many other European office locations.

What You Will Do

  • As Implementation Specialist, you will be part of an international team driving the design, implementation and roll-out of the Workfront Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool across the enterprise
  • Learn and understand wind and solar project management business processes well enough to make Workfront system decisions regarding notifications, timesheets, general company preferences, integrations, and so on
  • Take part in requirements-gathering workshops to discover the necessary configurations, integrations, and APIs, as well as their strategic direction in the project and the company IT landscape
  • Design, implement and maintain the interfaces between Workfront and peripheral tools to increase alignment, data quality and robustness of project processes
  • Provide integration-based and process-based architectural blueprint documents
  • Collaborate with teams in different business units across the world and Corporate IT to optimize processes and operate infrastructure
  • Preparing for upcoming Workfront product releases, understanding their impact on current BayWa r.e. work processes, and coordinating with stakeholders on necessary system changes, end-user training/communication on upcoming updates, and similar tasks
  • Drive change management and train future Workfront users to make sure that the adoption of the platform is successful

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed (technical) university studies, e.g., in computer science, business informatics, or comparable vocational training
  • Relevant professional experience in SaaS implementation and deployment
  • Experience with Workfront or similar Project Portfolio Management platforms is highly valued
  • Technical knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) setup, API interface setup, and system diagnostics
  • Understanding technical integration technologies such as API operations and XML and JSON concepts, as well as other web and database technologies
  • Doing minor coding to support the technical requirements
  • Having a basic understanding of Business Process Model Notation (BPMN)
  • Business-technical savvy to get to know core business processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as naturally positive and progressive stakeholder management approach
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Willingness to travel and to work remotely with colleagues in other countries
