Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist (m/f/d) Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning to support our team in Munich. Join us and play a vital role in driving our human resources strategies forward!

What You Will Do

  • You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage and optimize the company's HRIS system, focusing on recruitment, on- and offboarding and the learning functionalities (SKUs)
  • You will develop and maintain efficient recruitment workflows, ensuring seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment configuration within the system, including external job platform integrations, job postings, applicant screening functionalities, interview scheduling functionalities, background checks and offer management
  • You will implement and enhance learning management system (LMS) functionalities to support the company's learning and development initiatives
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver engaging learning content, including online courses, training modules, and webinars
  • You will monitor and track employee training progress and compliance, generating reports as needed
  • You will configure the onboarding and offboarding process, including creating profiles for local coordinators and customizing the specific tasks of the process for local needs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HRIS Specialist with a focus on recruitment, on-/offboarding and learning functionalities
  • Proficient knowledge of HRIS Workday including configuration, documentation and release management
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, applicant tracking, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and the ability to leverage LMS functionalities to support training and development initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
