Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist (m/f/d) Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning to support our team in Munich. Join us and play a vital role in driving our human resources strategies forward!

What You Will Do

You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage and optimize the company's HRIS system, focusing on recruitment, on- and offboarding and the learning functionalities (SKUs)
You will develop and maintain efficient recruitment workflows, ensuring seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment configuration within the system, including external job platform integrations, job postings, applicant screening functionalities, interview scheduling functionalities, background checks and offer management
You will implement and enhance learning management system (LMS) functionalities to support the company's learning and development initiatives
You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver engaging learning content, including online courses, training modules, and webinars
You will monitor and track employee training progress and compliance, generating reports as needed
You will configure the onboarding and offboarding process, including creating profiles for local coordinators and customizing the specific tasks of the process for local needs

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) as an HRIS Specialist with a focus on recruitment, on-/offboarding and learning functionalities
Proficient knowledge of HRIS Workday including configuration, documentation and release management
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, applicant tracking, and compliance requirements
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and the ability to leverage LMS functionalities to support training and development initiatives
Excellent project management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
