Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Team Assistant (f/m/d):

What You Will Do

  • Support the Corp. Organisation & Change (OC) team in organizing and conveying our offerings to the group
  • Coordinate the OC community & communications plan
  • Collect and create newsletter content that can be distributed across networks, also reviewing trends
  • Design and prepare an impactful agenda of content, activities, and speakers for all events, including pre-event management and event operations
  • Collaborate in the assessment, formation and alignment of business solutions and support selected strategic initiatives
  • Prepare team intros and updates, e.g., intranet site, strategy, OKRs, tools, backlog and new initiatives
  • Provide reports about the planned and delivered offerings, e.g., number of events, trainings, consultings, coachings, (e)NPS, business impact
  • Organize and review our team finances, e.g., recharges / transfer pricing, costs analysis / forecasts, purchasing, providers, travel bookings, invoicing
  • Support the team, e.g., all-in days/ team meetings, seating/ equipment, access rights/ filing, conferences, new colleagues etc.
  • Serve as contact and coordinate with sub teams for our onboarding packages for new hires & companies

What You Bring

  • Min. 3 years of experience from similar positions
  • Self-driven with excellent customer care as well as communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize efficiently and work alone or as part of a team, with a hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for community building, collaboration and connecting people; reliable and open-minded
  • Creative in the conception, design and implementation of engaging websites and communication formats - such as videos, newsletters, events, roadshows, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Sharepoint, Yammer, Teams and Planner
  • Interested in organization design & digital transformation
