Benelux S.R.L. focuses on wind energy project development as well as wind project acquisition and construction in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. We are a team of renewable energy enthusiasts who want to make a difference by developing renewable energy projects that will integrate nicely with communities and the environment to support the energy transition. BayWa r.e. Benelux S.R.L.´s main office is based in Utrecht and is part of the growing international BayWa r.e. group of renewable energy businesses.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Utrecht and are currently looking for an Office Manager:

Your tasks

  • You manage the front office and reception, coordinating daily activities and meetings with external parties
  • You support the team with administrative and project related tasks, e.g. CRM management, correspondence, travel arrangements, stakeholder and contract management
  • You manage the invoice approval process, keeping a register of invoices and business partners, preparing the bookkeeping and handling bank related tasks
  • You support the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing (local GAAP), internal reports (IFRS) and manage all other corporate reporting requirements

Your profile

  • You have completed your MBO-4 training or bring a similar educational background
  • You have gained at least 1 - 3 years of working experience as an assistant / office manager
  • You are a proactive and enthusiastic team-player, who knows how to prioritize and responds accordingly
  • You have very good Microsoft Office skills, experience in CRM tools is a plus
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are able to work independently and reliably, also in a home office setting
  • You are discrete and able to maintain confidential information
  • You feel comfortable in an international and digital environment
