Solar Projects GmbH provides an extensive range of services, from greenfield development and turnkey construction to financing options and the operation of ground-mounted or floating solar parks and hybrid plants. Thanks to our global expertise, our local teams can cater to our customers’ needs and requirements.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA (f/m/d) renewable energy specialized on our solar segment in Munich.

What You Will Do

  • You will source talents for all our positions on every hierarchical level in our solar segment (e.g. Project Engineers, Project Managers, Project Developers, but also commercial positions like Controllers, Accountants, etc.) to support our rapid growth in the renewable energy market
  • You will collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Managers within the BayWa r.e. Group to refine our current Talent Sourcing strategy
  • You will define procedures for Talent Sourcing together with HR Managers, which should go hand in hand with our traditional recruiting efforts
  • You will consult HR Managers and Hiring Managers on how to improve the candidate pipeline through optimization of Job ads, channels, experience, etc.
  • You will brief HR Managers and Hiring Managers regarding potential candidates from your network
  • You will identify new headhunting partners and evaluate the current partners on an EMEA level
  • You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager from our corporate headquarter for creating a code of conduct for Talent Sourcing and for external headhunting services

What You Bring

  • You have at least 2-3 years of full-time experience in Talent Sourcing ideally with a strong focus on engineering professionals
  • You would like to work for a highly marketable company from the renewable energy sector like ours and you would like to leave your roots in traditional KPI-driven headhunting behind you
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
  • You are well connected within the recruitment industry
  • Ideally you already have a network of professionals from the renewable energy market
  • You have a distinct stakeholder-approach, coupled with a high sensitivity for different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
  • You have excellent communications skills in English; Fluency in German would be a plus
  • You hold a work permit for Germany/Europe
  • You are passionate for engineering innovation and would like to join our pursuit for renewable energy
