BayWa r.e. AG is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.
  Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a System Administrator (m/w/d) Front office:

Your tasks

  • Working in hybrid Microsoft environment
  • Management of mobile devices of the manufacturer Apple
  • Support and administration of hardware in the customer area, such as PC/laptop, mobile devices, video conference systems, printers and other peripheral devices
  • Customer support for software and hardware questions and problems
  • Processing of incoming service requests and incidents
  • Dispatching and tracking of incidents and service requests
  • Communication with internal end customers and coordination of external service providers
  • Team-spanning work in case of malfunctions, administrative tasks and IT projects
  • Assumption of new tasks from the Technical Back Office
  • Creation of documentation

Your profile

  • Completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist system integration or IT system electronics technician) or comparable
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft software environment with the following main focus: Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Mobile Device Management
  • Very good expertise with current hardware and mobile devices
  • Experience in dealing with user rights and administration as well as with ticket systems
  • Basic knowledge in the field of network technologies (TCP/IP, Router, Switch, Firewall, VPN)
  • Very good spoken and written German (B2 better C1) and English (B2 better C1), additional foreign language advantageous
  • Very good communication skills, and a solution and service-oriented working method
  • Proactive, independent working style and high ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to perform and learn as well as reliability and punctuality
