We are recruiting Solar Asset Manager for our office in Seoul, Korea.

We have an established team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals growing our business activities by developing, constructing, and operating our renewable generation portfolio throughout the region.

About the role
Solar Asset Manager will perform overall commercial and technical solar asset management for a utility-scale solar project 

What You Will Do

- Perform overall commercial and technical solar asset management for a utility-scale solar project in Chungcheong-do and other solar projects in the operation phase
- English communication and regular reports to the IPP team in HQ (Germany) for asset management
- Frequent site visits for the operating assets
- Execute assessment of risks, and create a list of project obligations
- Communicate with project stakeholders such as land/roof-top owners, local community, municipalities and governmental authorities, project off-takers, external O&M contractors, lenders, etc.
- Management of yield, revenue, insurance, lease fee, tax and surcharges of the operating assets, and any other tasks required by asset management agreements
- Reporting and reviewing O&M documents
- Collaboration with financial accountants and other functional teams

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering major preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience in solar O&M
- Deep understanding and knowledge of processes and requirements about solar O&M works
- Experience with analyzing site specific risk strategy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project assets
- Ability to manage the stakeholders and contractors
- Be able to communicate clearly in English
- Strong skills in MS office plus MS Project
- Must be team oriented with excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
