Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Freiburg, Munich, Berlin, Mainz or Leipzig and are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer Solar Power Plants (m|f|d).

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Freiburg, Munich, Berlin, Mainz or Leipzig and are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer Solar Power Plants (m|f|d).
What You Will Do
- Responsibility for all electrical engineering topics of utility scale solar and hybrid power plants at the low- and medium voltage level
- Creating electrical diagrams (SLDs, circuit diagrams) for LV and MV components
- Running cable calculations, designing circuit breakers and fuse dimensioning
- Ensuring compliance with electrical standards, regulations, norms and defining BayWa standards
- Managing and clarifying electrical engineering related topics between construction, grid, monitoring and project engineering teams
- Consulting the project engineers and construction managers as an expert in the whole project lifecycle
- Technical documentation of our electrical designs
What You Bring
- Degree in electrical engineering or another comparable qualification
- At least five years of practical experience in the field of electrical engineering of power plants
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematics
- Strong working proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, similar) to create electrical diagrams (SLDs)
