As a global Analytics, Data, and Data Integration team, our primary focus is to support multiple BI and data initiatives within the company. We provide comprehensive capabilities in critical areas such as data quality, data integration, master data management, and data provisioning to our analytics and data community.

To further strengthen our team and drive our data-driven transformation, we are seeking a talented Data Solution Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation and enhancement of cutting-edge data solutions while working alongside experienced professionals. You will be part of our DevOps team and play a crucial role in enabling data use cases on our Platform, collaborating with internal and external Data Engineer development teams to shape the future of our data practices and drive innovation.

What You Will Do

You support the development of data and integration solutions on a cutting-edge Data Enablement Platform, utilizing a low code/no code approach, including maintenance of data solutions and products using agile and DevOps methodologies
You configure various tools to implement solution blueprints and perform data migration according to specified data governance rules
You deliver various master data domains, create a master data management solution, and enable relevant functions in accordance with business needs using the latest tools
You utilize integration capabilities to link various systems, create common data models to assemble data from multiple systems, and shape and arrange data for usage in specific analytics applications
You act as the primary point of contact for all Data Enablement Platform operations, including incident management, problem management, end-user assistance, monitoring, and more
You lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives
You design and implement data models, data schemas, and data structures to enable efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis
You optimize data infrastructure and performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing data partitioning, and leveraging data optimization techniques

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Data Engineer, specializing in data management, data integration, data quality, or related areas
Proficiency with ETL technologies, data modeling (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and data migration methodologies
Strong understanding of integration technologies and experience in creating common data models and shaping data for analytics applications
Strong expertise in the development of interfaces using well-known middleware technologies, as well as understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP/REST, and web services
Experience working with a low code/no code approach and utilizing agile and DevOps methodologies
Familiarity with master data management principles and the ability to deliver master data domains
DevOps (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) and Azure Cloud service stack experience is good to have
Knowledge of Informatica IDMC suite, Snowflake, and/or Azure Data Lake is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
