Senior Asset Management Lead

About the role
As a senior asset management lead, you will be responsible for setting up and leading an asset management team to effectively manage our portfolio, drive long-term financing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. This position will be based in Bangkok.

About the role
As a senior asset management lead, you will be responsible for setting up and leading an asset management team to effectively manage our portfolio, drive long-term financing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. This position will be based in Bangkok.
What You Will Do
• Set up and lead the asset management team to manage upcoming portfolios being sold and developed for external investors, delivering full scope commercial and technical management services.
• Manage investor reporting and relationships.
• Internal project liquidity planning and BayWa r.e. capital management (Build-to-sell).
• Manage investor reporting and relationships.
- Set and communicate internal commercial hurdles for projects to be included in the portfolio.
- Support business development efforts for Thailand, working with the development team to manage local Key Account(s) and Project Managers (execution).
- Lead, as the Project Manager, the portfolio to platform ambitions for the on-site PPA business model for C&I corporates globally.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, in the renewable energy sector, with a track record of managing successful teams and portfolios.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar rooftop installations, and associated operational challenges.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in the renewable energy sector.
