ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person to connect with customers and inspire organizations in the clean energy industry on how to unlock the full potential of their asset portfolio.
What You Will Do
- working for one of the largest distributors of components for photovoltaic installations in Romania
- support in acquiring and serving customers and partners in the renewable energy segment
- support performing all operational sales activities in the distribution area
- support in the preparation of commercial offers and quotations in the SOLAR-PLANIT planning system
- commercial and technical support of electrical installation companies in the field of B2B sales only
- implementation and coordination of the order process in the ERP system (entry of new orders, status control and shipment planning)
- cooperation with the local sales team in responding to requests for quotations
- preparation of analyses, reports and summaries for the needs of the Polish company
- organization and coordination of meetings for business partners
- taking care of good atmosphere and work culture in the office
- creating a positive image of the company and taking care of high standards of customer service
- maintaining contact and close cooperation with the Polish team of BayWa r.e. Solar Systems sp. z o.o.
Your Profile
- fluency in Romanian is a must
- computer proficiency (Microsoft 365, CRM / ERP)
- good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
- driving license cat. B, mobility
- willingness and readiness to improve qualifications and acquire knowledge
- communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts, as well as openness to renewable energy technologies
- ambition and determination in action
- ability to coordinate processes related to the execution of orders
- ability to work under time pressure and focus on set goals
- high independence in planning and organizing work
- negotiation skills
- experience in B2B sales
