ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Specialist, you will develop new relationships and act as a trusted business partner with a deep understanding of customer challenges and needs. As a member of our team, you will act as the primary customer contact and inspire organizations in the clean energy industry on how to unlock the full potential of their asset portfolio.

What You Will Do

  • working for one of the largest distributors of components for photovoltaic installations in Bulgaria
  • active acquisition and service of customers, and partners in the renewable energy segment
  • performing all operational sales activities in the distribution area
  • commercial and technical support of installation companies in the electrical installation industry in B2B sales only
  • implementation and coordination of the order process in the ERP system (introduction of new orders, status control, and shipment planning)
  • working closely with the local sales team in responding to requests for proposals
  • preparation of commercial offers and quotations in the SOLAR-PLANIT planning system
  • price control and administration of customer databases
  • updating and verifying the technical information base of products on offer
  • preparing analyses, reports, and statements for the needs of the Polish company
  • organization and coordination of meetings for business partners
  • giving a good atmosphere and work culture in the office
  • creating a positive image of the company and taking care of high standards of customer service
  • maintaining contact and close cooperation with the Polish team of BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Sp. z o.o.
 WILL BE AN ASSET
  • electrical or construction education
  • sales experience, in the construction, electrical, or automation industries
  • experience in the installation of photovoltaic installations or support of RES sales teams
  • basic electrical license cat E up to 1 kV

What You Bring

  • fluency in Bulgarian is a must
  • very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
  • computer proficiency (Microsoft 365, CRM / ERP)
  • driving license cat. B, mobility
  • professional experience in B2B sales
  • willingness and readiness to improve qualifications and acquire knowledge
  • the ability to coordinate processes related to the execution of orders
  • communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts, as well as openness to renewable energy technologies
  • ambition and determination in action
  • the ability to work under time pressure and focus on set goals
  • high independence in planning and organizing work
  • strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
