Our business activities include trading, project development and realization, consultancy services and technical/commercial operations management. We have positions at our locations in Thailand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Indonesia Malaysia and in the Philippines.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Vietnam and are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Vietnam:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director Asia.

  • Improve market share by increasing sales accounts and developing client relationships in Vietnam.

  • Improve sales revenue in Vietnam and contributing to trade and distribution margins for SEA region.

  • Actively seek new clients and develop sales channels in the Solar sector in Vietnam and neighboring countries.

  • Understand customer requirements to promote the sale of company products, services, and to provide strong pre and post sales support.

  • Provides marketing feedback and enables marketing activities to promote brand and products in order to increase sales in the market.

  • Manage pre and post sales requirements of the client during the whole life cycle of the project.

  • Carries out local customer seminars and training for the local market in Vietnam. Conducts training for the customer to familiarize them with the product lines and inform them of new market trends and technologies.

  • Conduct market research to find new customer groups and sales channel opportunities.

  • Create budgeting plans for a period expressed in terms of sales volume and selling prices for each class of product or service.

  • Keep informed about industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments and report to the regional office regularly.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Male or female, age over 27 years old.

  • Vietnamese National.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese language (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business (Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineer degree is preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in industrial products or renewable energy related businesses. 

  • Must have solar and sales experience and knowledge.

  • Must have good understanding and market knowledge of Vietnam solar market.

  • Strong market acumen and have good market network in Vietnam solar industry.

  • Knowledge in CRM and ERP software is preferred.

  • Customer centric and motivated to sell and contribute to overall company sales performance.

  • Possess good systematic and analytical thinking, sense of engineering problem solving skills and a customer service mind-set.

  • Should be able to work independently in a dynamic and high-performance environment.
