Sales Engineer - Junior/Senior

About the role

Manage key accounts and channel partners to ensure that they are effectively engaged and supported in achieving their sales targets. 

What You Will Do

  • Perform sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partners, this includes visiting customers regularly.
  • Monitor and follow up the project/order progress since solution pitching, price offering, closing the deal until delivery to customer completely.
  • Providing the products (pre-sales) presentation to the target customers.
  • Providing after sales service by giving initial advice and passing to engineering team for further stage.
  • Gather market information to keep the immediate supervisor updated on competitors’ movements, new regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Be an excellent communicator to identify and resolve all issues relating to sales and customers' issues, and to collaborate with relating teams to resolve the issues with most effective outcome.
  • Work closely with other departments to brainstorm, input, share initiatives.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Able to work under pressure.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experienced in B2B Sales, Solar Distribution, or related.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English, both communication and writing.
  • Willingness and readiness to improve qualifications and acquire knowledge.
  • Ability to coordinate processes related to ordering fulfillment and cross-functional work.
  • Ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations.
  • Own a car and driving license is preferred.
  • You are technically and digitally inclined.
