Project Controller (d/f/m)
What You Will Do
- As a member of the Finance & Controlling team you ensure transparency of commercial data of small-scale renewable energy projects during the entire project lifecycle
- You are responsible for administration and evolution of the internal project cost and contribution margin scheme
- You are responsible for establishing financial project forecasting following IFRS15 and taking internal implementation slots into account
- You are responsible for the Power Solutions Risk Assessment (PSRA) incl. further development and training
- You analyze KPIs on multi-project level and contribute to defining the future project strategy, i.a. with regards to segment, size and region
- You are responsible for regular project reviews per region and ensure correct consideration in forecasts, budgets and monthly closings as required by the BayWa r.e. group reporting schedule
- You support the IT-landscape initiative with regards to project-related data flows, i.a. by defining requirements and monitoring implementation in tools like Salesforce and Power BI
- You act as a Sparring Partner and Service Provider for Project Management and Project Management Office, i.a. by offering support on demand and eliminating backlogs / inefficiencies
What You Bring
- You have acquired an academic degree in Business Economics or comparable, ideally with a focus on Finance and Controlling; A master degree is a plus
- You are fluent in speaking and writing both German and English, Italian or Spanish is a plus
- You have gained work experience in a Project Controlling environment for a minimum of 3 years
- You have acquired knowledge of accounting principles according to HGB, IFRS knowledge is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills as well as communication skills
- You are proficient in MS office, especially Excel, and have basic experience with other IT Systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
