Project Manager Italy (m/f/d)

BayWa r.e. Power Solutions S.r.l, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients. Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Project Manager Italy (m/f/d).
BayWa r.e. Power Solutions S.r.l, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients. Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Project Manager Italy (m/f/d).
What You Will Do - your responsabilities:
- You perform comprehensive project management, from the origination and implementation to the turn-key handover of mid and large-scale Power Solutions built on PV, Storage and/or EV Charging for our commercial and industrial customers in Italy.
- You offer support to the Sales team for technical project development, feasibility studies, pre-design and cost calculation.
- You coordinate the project preparation incl. technical design, subcontracting, procurement and time scheduling.
- Your steer the project construction phase with all related parties internally and externally (distribution network operators, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
- You comprehensively manage budget, time and quality and report internally and externally according to the defined requirements.
- You interact with the customer responsible for the project and coordinate accordingly with the Key Account Manager internally.
What You Bring - and would like to develop further
- You have a degree in construction engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering or comparable.
- You own profound professional experience in project management in the area of renewable energy solutions, e.g., PV power.
- You have experience in design using AutoCAD as well as further technical planning tools and project management software.
- You can proof excellent specialist know-how and extensive understanding of correlations in project business.
- You show an in-depth understanding of the PV industry with regards to commercial, technical and legal matters
- Additionally, you show a fast comprehension in new and complex contents, flexibility, solution orientation and a team driven personality.
- You are fluent speaking and excellent written in Italian (Minimum Level C1) and English (Minimum Level B1)
- You demonstrate entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, a high level of commitment as well as a pronounced customer orientation.
- You are a team worker who embodies the company’s core values.
