Purpose:
Under the supervision of the procurement manager and as part of the supply chain team, you will support the solar distribution team for their procurement needs.
 

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Sourcing Products and Services, Evaluating and Negotiating Vendor’s quotation Supplier Relationship Management including Supplier Evaluation which are in line with technical and commercial requirement.
  • Implementing and Controlling Daily Operational Purchasing Activities such as Demand Planning, Contracting, Issuing & Monitoring Purchase Order, following up the delivery and shipment schedules and Claim process to ensure all criteria are met organizational requirements.
  • Supporting on Importation and Logistic procedures to meet delivery plans and minimize Logistic and transportation cost.
  • Reporting and recording all related Purchasing transaction and Shipping documents
  • Supporting Procurement process Improvement

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or in a similar role (Solar or distribution business would be advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain/ logistics management, or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong planning skill and knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, import and export, and distribution.
  • Very good English in both writing and speaking. (Chinese would be an advantage)
  • Experience working across multiple functions and countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
