As we are currently facing many changes in the company and the engagement of employees is essential for a successful future of BayWa r.e. we are looking for an Organisational Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Organisational Design & Transformation department in Munich and who is interested in the commitment of the employees.

What You Will Do

You are responsible for refining the global survey strategy that fits the BayWa r.e. culture and gives us transparency about the satisfaction of our employees
You will prepare and conduct the global survey using our survey tool Peakon (by Workday) including obtaining the mandate and project planning
You will align the survey project plan including preparation and result presentation with the C-Level
You ensure adequate communication measures and support for subsequent initiatives deriving from the results
You will derive measures from the global survey results and implement them with various project teams to make our company a great place to work and rise the engagement score for the company, together with departments and managers
You will foster an employee-centric impact culture with a positive and supportive workplace environment, e.g., creative worksplace design, digital and agile tools, innovative ideas to constantly transform our company are also your tasks
You are a thought-leader, bringing relevant topics for the evolution of BayWa r.e. into an entrepreneurial and dynamic organization via communities, roadshows, interactive and engaging workshops, etc.
You coordinate with executive and non-executive stakeholders for the success and adoption of our department’s employee engagement mandate
You also support further activities within the Organisational Design & Transformation area, e.g. in Organisational Design activities

What You Bring

Bachelor/Master degree/educational qualifications with a focus on business administration or economics, business psychology, occupational and organisational psychology, organisational development or related fields
3-7 years of relevant experience in working on organisational development, transformation and design projects in an international environment, organisational transformation consulting experience is a plus
Passionate to develop new ideas from scratch and building solutions from the concept to implementation
Strong interest and skills in project management with cross-functional project teams
User and employee centricity is accustomed in the style of working
English and German language is required fluently
A plus, experience with training/coaching
