Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) Agile Transformation & Organisation Development:

Your tasks

  • You will support and drive initiatives in the area of trainings, voice of the employee and new work
  • You will support in conceptualizing and implementing creative (digital) offerings to drive adoption of user-centric workways via workshops and webinars
  • You will take lead in maintaining our digital knowledge depository with latest use-centric tools and methods and drive its adoption across the organization
  • You will assist in setting up a global strategy to collect employee insights and where necessary provide consulting to improve employee experience
  • You will assist in equipping the organisation with tools and workways to thrive in the post-covid new normal
  • You will support the team with ad hoc project activities, e.g., policies platform, lab materials, room design

Your profile

  • You have a background in organization development, psychology, business administration or a similar field
  • You think user-centered and solve problems keeping in mind the “experience” of the user
  • You are creative, self-organized and employ agile and new work tools to solve challenges e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum
  • You have good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Mural etc.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; knowledge of further languages is a plus
