WHAT YOU WILL DO
- working for one of the largest distributors of components for photovoltaic installations in Romania
- performing independent office administration tasks
- supplying the office with items necessary for its operation
- organization and coordination of meetings for business partners
- administrative and operational support of the company's branch office in Romania
- organizing meetings of the company's branch in Romania and delegations
- support in performing all operational sales activities in the distribution area
- commercial and technical support of electrical installation companies in the field of B2B sales only
- participation in the active acquisition and service of customers, and partners in the renewable energy segment
- participation in the implementation and coordination of the order process in the ERP system (entry of new orders, status control, shipment planning)
- support the local sales team in responding to requests for proposals
- assist in the preparation of commercial offers and cost estimates in the SOLAR-PLANIT planning system
- price control and management of customer databases
- updating and verifying the database of technical information on the offered products
- creating a positive image of the company and taking care of high standards of customer service
- taking care of a good atmosphere and work culture in the office
- preparing analyses, reports, and summaries for the needs of the Polish company
- maintaining contact and close cooperation with the Polish team of BayWa r.e. Solar Systems sp. z o.o.
YOUR PROFILE
- fluency in Romanian is a must
- very good knowledge of English (minimum B2/C1)
- computer proficiency (Microsoft 365, CRM / ERP)
- willingness and readiness to improve qualifications and acquire knowledge
- openness in communication and positive attitude toward people
- passion for aesthetics and courage in action
- high independence in planning and organizing work
- the ability to work under time pressure and focus on set goals
- experience in the hotel industry or a tourist office is welcome
