ABOUT THE ROLE
As a NOVOTEGRA SALES REPRESENTATIVE, you will be involved in the development of sales for our novotegra mounting systems, which are used to install photovoltaic module installations.
These systems are compatible with all popular roof types and stand out by their high flexibility, reliability, and top quality. More information is below:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- working for one of the largest distributors of components for photovoltaic installations in Romania
- plying for trade new customers and building a sales network for the novotegra mounting system through presentation and proper training
- conducting customer training sessions to familiarize customers with the Solar-Planit tool that facilitates the installation of novotegra
- working in the field, nationwide four days a week (days to be determined)
- weekly reporting of tasks performed
- maintaining contact and working closely with the local sales team and the team responsible for the novotegra system in Poland
- creating a positive company image and ensuring high standards of customer service
YOUR PROFILE
- experience in sales and field work min. 2 years
- willingness to work in the field (driving license category B required)
- very good knowledge of Office package
- knowledge of English (min. B2)
- fluency in Romanian is a must
- openness to working with clients
- commitment and self-discipline in pursuit of set goals
- communicativeness and openness to renewable energy technologies
- willingness to learn and develop your competencies
- ambition and determination in action
- high independence in planning and organizing work
- strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- experience in trade e.g., construction industry
- experience in the installation of photovoltaics or support of RES sales teams will be an asset
- electrical or construction education
