BayWa r.e. Power Solutions GmbH offers tailor-made energy solutions for commercial and industrial companies. Our portfolio includes the development and realisation of solar rooftop installations, storage and charging solutions as well as power supply contracts in the key markets of Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. We can also offer a broad service portfolio in several other countries thanks to our experienced team of experts.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Germany and are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Sales (m/f/d):

Your tasks

  • You build long term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities
  • You elaborate customers need and product desires and feed into Product-and-Solutions-Development to gather holistic solutions
  • You trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations and legal to achieve best offers
  • You lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personal and internal supporters
  • You finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations
  • You achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue and profitability
  • You take care of high qualified future opportunities to secure long lasting performance
  • You analyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group level developments
  • You support the international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad
  • You document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality
  • You represent the company at local and international trade shows, events and seminars

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree education or an equivalent professional experience
  • You bring along some years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as Key Account Manager
  • You have experience in the solar PV industry, storage and E-Mobility
  • You are very good in German and English
  • You are ready to travel, at least 30%
  • You have excellent skills in communications, time management, negotiations and conflict resolution
  • You are technically and digitally inclined
  • You are capable to reliability support project management
  • You are an independent, flexible, proactive person, who is able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and able to manage work without supervision
  • You are a team worker who embodies the company’s core values
