In the Italian market, we guarantee a high-quality service at every stage of the photovoltaic (PV) project realisation offering our technical and commercial consultancy service to ensure efficient and effective logistics. Thanks to our novotegra mounting system and our free design tool, Solar Planit, we can ensure the performance and quality of the PV system. BayWa r.e.’s PV distributor business operates in Europe, North- and Central America as well as the APAC region.  

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team located in the regions of Lomabardei, South-Tyrol and Venetien is looking for endorsement of its team for a Key Account Manager Sales (m/f/d) Italy:

Your responsibilities

  • Achieve the assigned sales revenue, profitability and new customer targets
  • Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives
  • Leading sales and negotiation meetings, elaboration/cooperation in the calculation and drafting of contracts
  • Build long term business relationships with customers through sales, marketing and consulting
  • Continuous market and customer analysis for the further development of our solutions business
  • Support the regional and international sales team to deliver growth
  • Optimize effective sales time by controlling journey planning
  • Documentation of sales activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, presentations and seminars when required

Your profile

  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, presentations and seminars when required
  • Degree education or the equivalent professional experience
  • Very good Italian and English skills and available to travel, at least 30%
  • Able to think differently when faced with a challenge
  • Strong minded with exceptional interpersonal skills and interested in growing professionally in a company in full expansio
  • Excellent skills in communications, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Capacity for analysis, reliability and organizational skills to support project management
  • Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, multitask and able to manage work without supervision

  • Open to the changes of digitization and implementing them in your daily work
