Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a

Key Account Manager Sales (d/f/m)
(located in Verona)

What You Will Do

  • Build long term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities
  • Elaborate customer needs and product desires and feed into Product-and-Solutions-Development to gather holistic solutions
  • Trigger and steer internal activities such as system design, business calculations and legal to achieve best offers
  • Lead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personal and internal supporters
  • Finalize the contractual closure, coordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations
  • Achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue and profitability
  • Take care of high qualified future opportunities to secure long lasting performance
  • Analyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group level developments
  • Support the international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad
  • Document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality
  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, events, and seminars

What You Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as Key Account Manager
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • You are fluent speaking and excellent written in Italian (Minimum Level C1) and proficient with English (Minimum Level B1)
  • You are willing to travel, at least 30%
  • You have excellent communicational skills, time management, negotiations, and conflict resolution are also one of your strengths
  • You show interest in reliably support project management
  • You are an independent, flexible, proactive person who is able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and is able to manage work without supervision
  • You are a team worker who embodies the company’s core values
  • You are open for the transition of a business newcomer to a company in a wide geographical and product context
