To support the growth of our solar distribution team in Thailand, we are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to coordinate with our channel partners and support our sales team

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Identify, qualify, and recruit the “Channel Partners” as per BayWa r.e. standards in Thailand territory.
  • Manage sales activities of Partners to increase the revenues
  • Coordinate with Partners to support their business plans, marketing activities and develop sales strategies to meet the sales target and goal
  • Analyze market trends to develop sales plans to increase brand awareness and brand loyalty.
  • Evaluate sales performance of the Partners and guide them with the improvement and development way.
  • Educate and conduct trainings to Partners product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Participate in sales strategy discussion and support marketing planning with Partners
  • Address Partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a positive relationship with Partners
  • Up to date with latest current market trend and monitor the competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to Partners.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and Partner conferences.
  • Assist in Partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities
  • Coordinate and work with our supplier Partners to engage the channel Partners

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Holds university degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, or have a similar educational background
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, channel Partner business development, preferably in industrial products or renewable energy related businesses. 
  • Knowledgeable of Thailand Solar industry
  • Must have a proven track record sales in solar industry
  • Good communication skills with a high level of autonomy and own initiative
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to explain complex technical topics
  • Business fluent in English. Mandarin speaking is a plus
