To reach our goals we are searching for a Junior Organisational Transformation Manager (f/m/d) to join our Team in Munich.

What You Will Do

  • You design a scalable organisation based on the Group strategy, provide structures for our further global growth by taking our diverse cultural, regional, and business requirements into consideration
  • You are responsible for the diagnosis of root causes of critical organisational issues related to dependencies, accountabilities, or inefficiencies
  • You provide objective data-driven measures for improvement, e.g. establishing global roles, job families, titles, job descriptions, levels, hosting concepts, collaboration plattforms, reporting, policies, compliance etc.
  • You create empowering structures and understanding of our organisational identity
  • You drive our global organisational effectiveness that fosters the „One BayWa r.e. spirit” based on transparency, collaboration and organisational orientation
  • You lead projects based on overall transformation program to drive continuous organisational development with our global stakeholders
  • You support shaping a digital culture into the group-wide everyday business life
  • by developing digital values and setting standards and frameworks

What You Bring

  • Bachelor/Master degree/educational qualifications with a focus on business, organisational development or related fields
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • First knowledge of Organisational Development concepts and knowledge of relevant organisational policies and procedures
  • User/employee centricity is accustomed in the style of working
  • Topics like New Work, Digital Transformation (vision & culture), Future of Work and Hybrid Work are familiar working tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills
  • Active, hands-on way of working with others
  • English language is a must and German language is a plus
