Internationally, BayWa r.e.’s PV wholesale business operates in Europe, North and Central America as well as the APAC region. In the Iberian market, we carry a wide range of high-quality products in our portfolio, have strategic global framework agreements with most leading brands and have a proprietary mounting system (novotegra) and design tool solution (Solar Planit).

Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator:
 

Your tasks

  • Management of EDI processes with warehouse (order transmission, order status, receipts, serial numbers...)
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Logistics processes related to purchases (pick-ups, imports)
  • Transport-related processes (sales, exports)
  • Cost control and optimisation of logistics/ warehousing/ inventory processes
  • Quality control and supervision of transport services (purchasing/sales)
  • DQM (data quality management) support for product database (logistics related)
  • Backup in order management (sales)

Your profile

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in dealing with logistic players
  • Experience in warehouse management is highly valued
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and B2B transport service typology
  • Knowledge of general rules related to INCOTERMS and national, intra-EU and extra-EU transactions
  • Familiar with ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, Oracle Netsuite
  • Familiarity with EDI (electronic data interchange) processes in logistics and supply chain
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Interest in customer experience (customer-oriented)
  • Medium level of spoken and written English
  • Excellence in the use of Microsoft Office
