Junior Digital Operations Analyst

BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited offers comprehensive operations and maintenance services to solar energy plants and wind plants across the UK and Ireland. We utilise our international experience as well as the expert knowledge of our local teams to deliver centralised, state-of-the-art data management and monitoring.   Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Milton Keynes and are currently looking for a Junior Digital Operations Analyst:


  • Develop deep understanding of the business to add value in creating clear structures and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cluster, analyze and process internal data
  • Create user flows, wireframes and map business processes which represent the current data structure and future implementation on a system or application
  • Develop scripts, maintain database tables, and process data feeds to support software implementation initiatives
  • Turn data into insights for key business stakeholders by developing and maintaining reporting tools.
  • Manage backlog of features for new implementation and correction of software functionalities
  • Be the internal point of contact for advanced / technical tracking issues
  • Manage users and projects across platforms
  • On-going support & maintenance of existing applications
  • Support of the SCRUM teams in estimating the complexity and development efforts
  • Support the execution of our Digital & Technology strategy


  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep dive understanding of key data
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Management and Business Intelligence in an agile environment
  • Strong interest in the topics of Data Transformation, Business Intelligence, User Experience and Customer Centricity
  • Expert with Excel and the other Microsoft Office desktop applications. Advanced SQL, database and business intelligence experience
  • Independent and structured working methodology. Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude and strong communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal (other languages are of advantage)
