BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Junior Business Process Manager (m/f/d):

Your tasks

  • We are searching for a dynamic junior process manager in the business process management space, driving process improvement initiatives, including documentation, analysis, modeling, and value add initiatives, as well as process tool ownership and administration, including user management and 2nd and 3rd level support
  • You must be passionate about technology and process innovation to push business transformation towards a full digital business
  • You have a strong ownership towards business process management and will be driving the operational, administrative, hands on ownership of BayWa r.e. Group process tools, like Signavio
  • You will play a strong active role to push business process management by driving process analysis, process mapping and identifying alternative solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend the ‘To-be’/ new approaches
  • You will assist in every phase of process development to identify the process workflows and to further qualify processes for every form of automation. Generally driving the process automation framework and assisting in coaching others towards the successful implementation of identified automation opportunities
  • As an outgoing person, you will win hearts & minds within the group, by building up a Training and knowledge platform for business process management and conduct these
  • You further develop our process environment based on our process map, driving transparency and automation with a vast amount of highly innovative tools
  • Together with the team you constantly drive simplification and innovation, assisting in developing the company’s business process management methodology and stocking up our process automation toolbox

Your profile

  • First working experience (1-2 years) in the business process management space
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling own responsibilities and tasks to successful completion, in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Excellent communication as well as facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with a strong hands-on-mentality
  • IT and system thinking skills combined with proven problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • A plus, experience in project management, as well as process reengineering, process development and process automation
  • A plus, BPMN 2.0 or similar practical expertise
