BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in München and are currently looking for a Agile Transformation Learning Manager (m/f/d):

Your tasks

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our training and adoption unit, supporting our digital transformation   
  • Focus on agile methods and agile project management, driving our upskilling, and employee empowerment groupwide
  • Responsible for preparing, delivering, monitoring, evaluating, and improving New Work learning initiatives, both for the onboarding of new employees and their continuous education, following the 70-20-10 model
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learning experiences and interactive content, including media, games, scenarios and simulations, and a simple language, also assisting with course development, scheduling, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management
  • Convert ILT to effective eLearning modules and create meaningful experiences, focused on the learner‘s environment and goals; advise on occasions, environments, frequency and timing of trainings as well as best ways to get hands-on practice and ad hoc support
  • Identify, select, and manage internal training communities as well as training consultants and vendors who support
  • Act as a liaison for local HR-Responsibles for our Evolution Playbook and Digital Culture program
  • Encourage teams to use offerings and assist team leads providing right learning opportunities to employees and act as an agile coach, assisting teams throughout their New Work evolution
  • Apply continuous improvement approaches, by gathering feedback, staying attuned to new learning techniques, new technologies and emerging innovations in the L&D sphere, benchmarking internal and external environments to improve learning
  • Implement coaching programs, to establish a culture of continuous learning and sharing for New Work
  • Coach the One BayWa r.e. values and an agile mindset, leading through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success

Your profile

  • 3+ years of agile team coaching and project management experience with expertise in New Work / agile methods, such as SCRUM, SAFe, OKRs, Holacracy, and Lean
  • Proven track record within L&D environment in an agile development setup
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to set clear priorities
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication, influencing and interpersonal capabilities (i.e., listening, counselling, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving), to earn trust and build broad networks
  • Highly service oriented, with a can-do spirit, known for going above and beyond
  • Ability to partner collaboratively at all levels, to think strategically and creatively to develop solutions to complex needs and to remain flexible and positive
  • Flexible to travel occassionally
  • A plus, additional languages (e.g. German)
  • A plus, development and graphic design tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe (Captivate, Connect, After Effects, Creative Suit), SCORM or TechSmith Camtasia Studio
  • A plus, experience in LMS administration and MOOCs
