Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Santa Fe and are currently looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Department Purchasing USA:

Your tasks

  • Management of inbound vendor products (e.g. contacting vendors, sending communications to vendors)
  • Reception of goods across all warehouses, follow-up of purchase orders to check on timeliness and completeness, tracking deliveries from vendors and update the ERP system accordingly
  • Gathering and analysing of vendor, item and location data as well as data quality management
  • Support the Purchasing Team in daily operations (e.g. preparation of documents, reports, presentations, analysis)
  • Being an active part of the Purchasing Team by regularly participating in team meetings

Your profile

  • Proficient spoken and written English language skills as well as strong communication skills
  • Basic business or accounting class work or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office as well as additional software – including Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook, NetSuite CRM/ERP, Slack, and Lucidchart
  • Enthusiastic, accountable and organized individual
  • True commitment to learning, contributing and career advancement
  • Ability to manage time – prioritize short- and long-term tasks to ensure all individual objectives are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ability to ask for help and the willingness to give help
