Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for an Intern International Human Resources (EMEA)

Your tasks

  • You support us in recruiting for national and international vacancies in the EMEA region, e.g. by posting job advertisements, selecting candidates, communicating with candidates, coordinating and participating in job interviews
  • You support the HR Managers in their daily operational tasks, e.g. by drafting working contracts and reference letters, administration of digital personnel files, etc. 
  • You take over the onboarding process for new employees, e.g. by sending out welcome packages, following up on onboarding plans, etc. 
  • You take responsibility for projects like creating presentations and information material, working on digitization of HR processes or editing our intranet website 

Your profile

  • You are studying business, social sciences, or a similar degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in Human Resources
  • You are able to work in a structured and independent way and have a hands-on mentality
  • Naturally, you handle confidential data with care
  • You are proficient in MS Office and feel comfortable in a digital work environment
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and speak German and English fluently
  • You are available to work full time (40 hours) for ~ 4-6 months
