Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Head of Sales Coordination EMEA (m/f/d):

Your tasks

  • You support the Head of Sales EMEA and the Sales teams in the countries to establish, develop and grow the business
  • You directly lead the Tender Managers, allocate the existing resources and optimize tender project plans
  • You also actively work on running tenders in times of high workload
  • You and your team prepare decisions to apply or deny for tenders we are invited in  
  • You coordinate and steer the interface between our KAMs and the technically organized Framework Managers for our established framework customers
  • You are responsible to establish and update Sales standards within the entity
  • You are the Sales responsible to collect new product needs such as Battery, E-Mobility, Energy-Management-Systems or PPAs, coming from customers or regulatory changes
  • You coordinate the preparation of solutions with Product & Solutions Development or Energy Trading
  • You setup and coordinate Sales Excellence by trainings and lessons learnt sessions
  • You always search new ways to optimize and improve the business

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree education with technical or economical background
  • You have a passion for both technical and commercial business aspects
  • You bring along some years of experience in the energy sector, either in the technical treatment of Solar PV industry or in commercial departments of consumers or utilities
  • You are fluent in speaking and excellent in writing German and English. Other European languages will be ab advantage
  • You have proven leadership in managing a multi-skilled, international team with ability to understand and support other team members´ activities
  • You have excellent skills in communications, time management and conflict resolution
  • You are technically and digitally inclined
  • You are capable to reliability support Key Account Management
  • You are an independent, flexible, proactive person, who is able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and able to manage work without supervision
  • You are a team worker who embodies the company’s core values
