Head of Project Management Office (PMO) (d/f/m)
What You Will Do
- Develop methods and tools for Project Reporting, Resource-Management, Risk-Management, Document-Management, Project Planning and Financial Project Controlling
- Leading, developing, and improving the PMO to optimize the Project Management Processes
- Developing Project KPI´s
- Coordination of Lessons learned
- Standardize project management practices and methodologies across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Report on key performance indicators and project health to executive leadership.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and improve the administrative support of project teams
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading projects for external customers in renewable energy or construction is a must
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Fluent English and German is a must
- An international certification in Project Management would be an advantage
- In depth knowledge about Project Management Framework
- Effective communication, team working, customer orientation and analytical thinking
- Motivating people and taking responsibility
