As Head of Product Management Groundmounted-PV, you will further develop our solutions in the field of Groundmounted-PV – together with the central functions in the Projects segment, to optimize our groundmounted products for our markets globally.

As Head of Product Management Groundmounted-PV, you will further develop our solutions in the field of Groundmounted-PV – together with the central functions in the Projects segment, to optimize our groundmounted products for our markets globally.
What You Will Do
- Identification of optimisation possibilities and improvements of our existing system design in close cooperation with the technical teams
- Analysis of techno-economical aspects as well as the practical feasibility of technical improvement possibilities and adaptations
- Coordination of development activities at the interface to the various specialist functions (esp. RnD, Purchasing, Engineering, Legal and, if necessary, other functions such as Sales, etc.)
- Continuous monitoring of market conditions on a technical and economical level
- Consulting the local legal entities on the use of the various groundmounted products and on the implementation and adaptation of improvements and new developments
- Advising the management, the various functions and the national companies on their products (fixed-tilt, tracker PV)
What You Bring
- Degree in electrical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, business management or in a comparable field
- At least five to eight years professional experience in the PV industry (ideally in Project Management, Project Development, Business Development or in something comparable)
- Sound expertise in PV technology and fundamental understanding of techno-economical factors
- Experience with PV tracker technologies
- Seasoned personality who can stand his ground in front of technical and non-technical stakeholders and who is experienced in dealing with the upper-management
- Solid negotiation skills, coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment
- Fluency in English (min. C1) is required; fluency in German would be nice to have
- High motivation to extend our position as global player in the renewable energy sector
- Willingness to travel
