Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Head of Organisational Development (f/m/d):

What You Will Do

Target
  • Manage the corporate OD function
  • Responsible for hiring and managing the employees within OD
  • Shape and coordinate efforts to develop into a scalable, diverse, agile and strong organization capable of realizing growth and profitability aspirations
Tasks
  • Assess and develop OD strategies based on group strategy and business/functional units’ needs
  • Facilitate thought-leadership, framing external trends and identifying implications for our organizational model
  • Support governance and management bodies to understand required changes, gaps and opportunities
  • Lead collaborative design processes and implementation of programs to meet OD needs and to bring required changes, e.g., new roles, job families, titles, spans, levels, functions, hosting, networks, reporting, collaboration, policies, ESG compliance, etc.
  • Provide advisory around our global target operating model of our group across our 70+ companies
  • Create empowering structures, drive the set-up of our organizational identity and digital culture
  • Responsible for the policies platform and ensuring governance
  • Measure the achievement of established goals and the overall organizational health, incl. Organisation Health Index (OHI executive questionnaire), the org cockpit (quantitative) and a (bi-)annual mgmt. report
  • Assist with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to managers regarding OD methods and tools; contribute and mentor towards the development planning for executives
  • Develop the OD team towards the enablement of internal surveys, employee engagement, workspace design and future work concepts, group org charts and executive lists
  • Report to the Director of Organisation & Change (OC), who reports to the COO of the worldwide group; closely interact with HR, Executives and further OC areas, i.e., Trainings, Process Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Operational Excellence

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in organizational development/behavior, international/corporate development or similar
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in dynamic, complex and international corporations with multicultural environments, also leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, seniority and understanding of business strategy as well as corporate branding
  • High energy, collaborative, innovative but also pragmatic and hands-on, to deliver impactful solutions; structured and analytical, to simplify and prioritize, navigating complex systems and identifying linkages and gaps with systemic thinking
  • Fluency in English required, second major working language (German, Italian, French, Spanish) highly desirable
  • High impact communication skills and emotional intelligence, extraordinary presence and excellent leadership, presentation and facilitator skills, to engage at senior levels
  • Expertise in Compliance/Governance and HR/Marketing background is a plus
