About the role
This role will be responsible for the implementation of BayWa r.e.’s core ERP elements (based on Workday and Salesforce) in the Legal Entities globally. Based on a blueprint template the existing systems will be migrated and processes, architecture and data management will be harmonized. All this includes leading an own, central organization of senior project managers in collaboration with additional teams of the same department and a virtual organization of business representatives.
About the role
This role will be responsible for the implementation of BayWa r.e.’s core ERP elements (based on Workday and Salesforce) in the Legal Entities globally. Based on a blueprint template the existing systems will be migrated and processes, architecture and data management will be harmonized. All this includes leading an own, central organization of senior project managers in collaboration with additional teams of the same department and a virtual organization of business representatives.
What You Will Do
- You together with your team are responsible rolling out the core BayWa r.e. applications (FiCo, Procurement, Sales&Service) to all business entities based on a harmonized end2end process design
- You take over the management of transformation, change, migration and way forward in the countries with the new solution
- You ensure the scope and resource planning as well as prioritization including communication to all hierarchy levels
- You act as a Changemanager of a company transformation during the first harmonization wave
- You are in continuous sparring with (mostly) senior project managers and review professional development of team and individuals
- You are responsible for persistent improvement of project framework (methodology, processes, interfaces, handover-processes, etc.)
What You Bring
- Intensive experience in ERP roll-outs for diverse organizations with different business models, gained expertise in combining enterprise suites is a plus
- Practical Know-how in Salesforce, Workday or similar enterprise applications
- Well experienced in transformations/ transforming organizations
- Leadershipexperience in managing a team of Senior Project and Program Managers/Subject Matter Experts
- Coaching or business mediation expertise, official coaching certificate is a plus
- Communication skills on all hierarchy levels and ability to focus on generating business value
- Self-driven, team player, servant leadership and value-driven
- Fluent German and English skills
