Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Bangkok and are currently looking for a HR Manager SEA:


  • Supporting Head of HR APAC implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy throughout SEA

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Responsible to manage and develop recruitment and hiring process 

  • Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance

  • Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

  • Update current and design new recruitment procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)

  • Keep track of recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

  • Build the company‚Äôs professional network through relationships with HR professionals, educational institutes and other partners

  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels and maintain pay plan and benefit programs

  • Responsible for employer branding 

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance though out APAC

  • Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations


  • At least 10 years of experience in an HR generalist role and 6 years in managerial level

  • Full-cycle recruitment and hiring experience for more than 5 years: searching, screening, interviewing, background check, hiring and onboarding 

  • Experienced in building employer branding

  • Has an academic background in HR or related field

  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar.

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Ability to manage and interact with relevant stakeholders

  • Familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques

  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
