BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in München and are currently looking for a HR Manager EMEA (m/f/d):

Your tasks

  • Supporting Head of HR EMEA implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Global HR strategy
  • Competent HR contact and sparring partner (f/m/d) for our international management, executives and employees and handling of individual administrative and operational activities in the personnel area
  • Support in the implementation of recruitment guidelines and processes in the EMEA region and contact person for various hiring processes
  • Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Assumption of the strategic planning of personnel-relevant measures for optimal support in achieving the growth targets in the EMEA region (e.g. defining HR KPIs, personal controlling, etc.)
  • Identification of HR-relevant fields of action in cooperation with the Head of HR EMEA and the Business Entity departments as well as responsibility for the development and implementation of suitable solution concepts
  • Cooperation in international HR projects

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree with focus on HR or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • At least 8  years of experience in an HR generalist role with focus on HR strategic topics, preferably in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
  • Profound knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Experience in recruiting technical positions (engineers, project developer, etc.), knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a benefit
  • Strong affinity for social media and networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), HR digitalization tools and models and ideally first experience with the REXX tool
  • Ability to manage and interact with relevant stakeholders
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • High technical and digital affinity
  • Excellent English communication skills
