Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for an

HR Generalist (m/f/d) - initially limited to 2 years

with the possibilty of a permanent employment.

Your tasks

  • Consulting and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Preparation of employment contracts and amendments, expatriate assignments, statistics, certificates and other relevant personnel documentation
  • Correspondence with authorities and social security institutions including preparation of certificates and statistics
  • Maintenance of the company´s HR database and employees’ files stored in the HR system
  • Support in the management of applicants and international recruitment: preparation of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, applicant’s selection, conducting job interviews
  • Preparation and support of performance management reviews
  • Identification of potential candidates and approach, to fill selected positions and areas (active sourcing)
  • Research of specific job portals of the target group and new sourcing methods
  • Preparation of analyses, reports, HR policies and guidelines
  • Participation in cross-company projects

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree with focus on HR or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operational HR management, preferably in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
  • Profound knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Experience in recruiting technical positions (engineers, project developer, etc.), knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a benefit
  • Strong affinity for social media and networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ideally first experience with the REXX tool
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • High technical and digital affinity
  • Intercultural capabilities and effective communication skills in both German and English are mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to contact candidates directly
