You will manage the overall aspects of human resources to support to growth and success of our office in Seoul, South-Korea

About the role
You will manage the overall aspects of human resources to support to growth and success of our office in Seoul, South-Korea
What You Will Do
- Assist in the execution of HR strategies and initiatives following the guidelines provided by global and regional headquarters.
- Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement and retention programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Handle the recruitment and selection process.
- Proactively source candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support the employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Administer the performance appraisal system.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Stay informed about labor legislation updates and ensure compliance.
- Oversee payroll administration for employees.
What You Bring
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in HR.
- An experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition specialist will be preferable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in multinational environment is preferred.
