About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to employees and management across various HR functions. This role will be reporting to and working closely with HR Manager Thailand/Vietnam in administering and delivering general day-to-day HR operations and support to ensure the effective HR plans aligned with the BayWa r.e. APAC.

The position is based in Bangkok Office, Thailand.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinating and administering end-to-end process of VISA and Work-Permit, 90 days report as well as statutory matters.
  • Assisting HR Manager Thailand/Vietnam in managing the employee lifecycle and day-to-day employee such as recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, development, engagement and retention, performance management, benefits basis and programs, claims, offboarding, and inquiries.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HRIS – Workday.
  • Other ad-hoc as assigned my manager.

What You Bring

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, and experience with Visa/Work-Permit process is a must.
  • Native Thai speaker with good command of English.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage workload, and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS software (Workday is a plus), and MS Office.
  • Creativity, positive thinking, good team player, and proactive.
