BayWa r.e. Scandinavia AB is based in Malmö, Sweden and offers a full range of services, from initial feasibility studies, engineering and development to construction and commissioning, as well as operation of wind farms once in place.

We use state-of-the-art data management and monitoring to ensure high yields and availability as well as setting industry standards. Among our customers are international investment companies and energy companies.
  Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Malmö and are currently looking for a Finance Manager:

Your tasks

  • Accounting, currency management, tax calculations, payments, interest management and insurance issues
  • External and internal reporting
  • Budgets, forecasts, cost monitoring and cash flow analyzes
  • Develop and improve the reporting structure and reports
  • Financial project management and project follow-up / analysis
  • Internal control of the company and its constituent group companies
  • Implementation and improvement of IT strategy and maintenance
  • Implementation and improvement of HR strategy and administration of HR routines
  • Project financing via the parent company in Germany as well as through banks and financial institutions
  • Risk management for the company, included group companies as well as for the projects
The daily bookkeeping is outsourced. You will report to the CEO of the Nordic and Baltic countries.
 

Your profile

  • You have a university degree with a major in accounting, controlling, financing or auditing.
  • We believe that you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with personnel responsibility and preferably from the energy industry.
  • You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. 
  • We consider it valuable that you have an international experience in a multicultural environment.
  • You have a solid experience of evaluation and management of internal employees as well as external consultants and advisors in a wide range of financial matters. 
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel. Previous experience with SAP is valuable.
  • You have solid knowledge of external accounting, business controlling, reporting, budgeting and forecasting as well as K3 / K4 and IFRS.
  • It is important that you have leadership skills, a good cooperative ability and a business interest. It is valuable if you have experience of project acquisitions / sales and interest in developing business models. You also have entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, a high level of commitment and a strong customer orientation.
