BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in München and are currently looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Support the Global Director of Services (emails & calendar management) and the entire team in day-to-day operations
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments, such as timely procurement and compilation of all necessary documents
  • Organization and coordination of interdisciplinary and international projects, events and conferences with contact persons at all hierarchical levels
  • Creation of complex reports, graphics, SharePoint content & structures and presentations mostly in English
  • Travel bookings as well as expense accounting and invoicing

Your profile

You have:
  • a successfully completed a commercial education, training as a foreign language correspondent or a degree in business administration
  • at least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO level, preferably in an international operating company with a matrix structure
  • an intrinsic motivation to develop an understanding for new topics and economic contexts
  • a very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent spoken and written English complete your profile
  • intercultural experience and skills to work in an international environment
