We are looking for an Employee Engagement & Enablement Manager (f/m/d) in Munich - driving the organisational development of the BayWa r.e. group forward.

What You Will Do

  • You define, facilitate, or leverage single actions and projects, to empower employees and managers
  • You drive and sustain the “voice of the employee” across our 80+ companies via our global survey strategy and ensure adequate support for subsequent initiatives
  • You encourage & enable future of work, e.g., purpose driven working, learning culture, community development and self-organized & cross functional teams
  • You lead and align BayWa r.e.’s hybrid work strategy in exchange with Corporate HR
  • You create a positive and collaboration enabling workplace environment, e.g., creative workplace design & tools
  • You support further activities within the Organisational Development area

What You Bring

  • Bachelor/Master degree/educational qualifications with a focus on business, organisational development or related fields
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment – new work consulting experience is a plus
  • Proven experience of working together with executive stakeholders and project management in cross-functional project teams
  • User/employee centricity is accustomed in the style of working
  • Topics like employee NPS, OKRs or design thinking are familiar working tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills
  • Active, hands-on way of working with others
  • English language is a must and German language is a plus
  • A plus: facilitation & coaching experience
