Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for a Employee Engagement & Enablement Manager (f/m/d):
 

What You Will Do

Target
  • Support the Organisation Development (OD) team with employee surveys, future of work concepts and workspace design
  • Measure and foster engagement and enablement, to drive a good quality of working life
  • Advocate for local/regional needs, keeping in mind employee satisfaction and organizational policies
Tasks
  • Responsible for program/initiative design and long-term vision for employee enablement
  • Drive and sustain the “voice of the employee” across our 70+ companies via our global survey strategy and ensure adequate support for subsequent initiatives
  • Define, facilitate, or leverage single actions, to empower employees and managers, e.g., listening, recognition, transparency, decision-making, aligned goals, openness
  • Drive New Work and related initiatives into our working culture, e.g., agile roles, sense-finding, mindfulness, hackathons, self-organized / diverse / cross-functional teams
  • Lead and coordinate BayWa r.e.’s post-covid hybrid work strategy in exchange with Corp. HR and our mother company (BayWa AG), e.g., group standards, co-creation sessions, keynotes, HQ workspaces
  • Foster an employee-centric impact culture with a positive and supportive workplace environment, e.g., creative worksplace design, tools, processes, knowledge transfers
  • Be a thought-leader in bringing relevant topics for the evolution of BayWa r.e. into an entrepreneurial and dynamic organization via communities, townhalls, roadshows, interactive and engaging workshops, etc.
  • Coordinate with executive and non-executive stakeholders for the success and adoption of OC’s employee engagement mandate 
  • Also support further projects and activities within the OD area, e.g., policies platform and distribution, org guidelines deviations analyses, org charts, executives lists
  • Reports to the Head of OD, who reports to the Director of Organisation & Change (OC), driving new work, digital transformation and business excellence, to enable growth and performance

What You Bring

  • Bachelor degree / educational qualifications with a focus on business, org development or related fields
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in an international environment (start-up experience a plus)
  • Proven experience of working and winning over executive stakeholders on projects, closely collaborating with Managers, Corporate HR, and the OC Trainings and Change Mgmt. colleagues
  • User/employee centricity is not a “nice to have skill” but comes as second nature to you
  • Topics like purpose driven organization, employee NPS, OKRs, holacracy, sociocracy, teal organizations and design thinking are not foreign to you
  • Names like Frederic Laloux, Peter Senge, John Doer, Jim Collins are not foreign to you
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills
  • Brings an active, hands-on way of working with others
  • A plus, experience with Mindfulness training/coaching
