BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH is responsible for activities in the field of renewable energy. We develop, realise, advise on and provide support for projects around the world in the areas of solar, wind and bioenergy. In addition, we offer operations management and plant maintenance as well as wholesale photovoltaic components, energy trading and renewable energy solutions for corporations.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in München and are currently looking for a Digital Workplace Learning Manager (m/w/d):

Your tasks

  • Drive IT adoption, to support the Digital Workplace strategy of our group
  • Deliver BayWa r.e. Digital Workplace training, including New Hire onboarding as well as continuous education to all employees worldwide
  • Develop learning content, focusing on Microsoft applications (such as Teams, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Planner and Sharepoint) and adjacent and specialist tools as well as IT basics, such as mobile work and behaviour in case of hacking
  • Prepare, facilitate, and execute learning activities, including learning and resource development, videos, eLearning, ILT/classroom, blended delivery, one-on-one coaching, group practice sessions and pilot workshops
  • Maintain knowledge of current technologies and new IT projects and tool developments
  • Partner with key stakeholders, to analyse needs, then prioritize, design, develop, plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning solutions, following the 70-20-10 model
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver programs; identify, schedule, and manage external trainers, if needed
  • Ensure respective trainings aids, catalogues, manuals, handbooks and LMS are maintained and functional; also, marketing/communications, scheduling, registrations, logistics, reports and other administrative and troubleshooting tasks associated with the role
  • Manage the regional and local deployment of Workplace education
  • Coach and support teams before and after training, also as contact for our self-service Microsoft trainings platform
  • Measure training effectiveness and outcomes
  • Be ready to innovate, leverage local subject matter expert's knowledge, spread adoption of continuous improvement initiatives, and expose best practices to the training community
  • Employ strong social skills to earn trust and build broad networks across the group

Your profile

  • 5+ years of training experience, with the ability to facilitate, manage, develop, and deliver IT tool trainings to employees at all levels, with multiple learning methods, following instructional design for adult learners
  • In-depth expertise of Microsoft Office Suite and standard Workplace tools
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills in German and English; executing trainings with confidence, poise, and presence
  • High energy and engaging, takes initiative, with contagious level of enthusiasm and adaptability
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem resolution and influencing skills
  • Flexible to travel occassionally
  • A plus, expertise in New Work and agile formats
  • A plus, learning development and graphic design tools, such as Storyline or Captivate
  • A plus, expertise in MOOCs, learning management systems (LMS), learning development tools and best practices
